Sales Lead

Join our Sales team as Sales Lead, responsible for identifying business opportunities within the market and concluding direct sales of MICROFILT products and services across industries like Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Paints and Coatings, Chemical, Dairy, and Beverages.

Key Responsibilities will be –

• Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings, and interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding, and highlighting the value of our products and services.
• Develop, implement, follow up regional sales activities for/with relevant key account(s), EPC Contractors, or markets to meet growth targets and goals.
• Plan and execute a systematic follow-up on all relevant steps in the KAM sales process to ensure that we capture all possible business.
• Proactively connect and coordinate internally with Business Units to secure aligned customer and or market strategies.
• Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets.
• Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.
• Conduct Market and Customer analysis and mapping to define business potential and opportunities.

Who you are?

You are a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. You have:

·      A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the process industry or related fields

·      A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

·      3-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in industrial products or services

·      A bachelor's degree in Science, MBA preferred but not essential

·      Excellent communication skills in English and at least one South Indian language

·      Willingness to travel extensively
