Role Description

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves mentoring team members, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and representing the Knowledge Center at industry events and networking forums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales activities to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, designers, and brands.
  • Conduct

    field sales visits

    to engage potential clients and promote Knowledge Center offerings.
  • Deliver excellent

    customer service

    and ensure a superior client experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide

    training and guidance

    to the sales team to enhance skills and performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Use CRM tools and digital platforms to manage leads, track progress, and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support events, workshops, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience

    in sales and sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in

    field sales

    and a

    target-oriented

    approach.
  • Excellent

    customer service

    and

    relationship management

    abilities.
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong

    organizational and problem-solving

    skills.
  • Proficiency with

    CRM software

    and sales management tools.
  • Prior experience

    in the

    real estate, construction, or building materials industry

    preferred.
  • Experience working with leading manufacturing brands such as

    Kajaria, Somany, Jaquar, Ozone

    , or other construction-related companies will be an added advantage.
