Job Description

Sales Lead KYC & Identity Verification API Solutions (Full-Time, Mumbai)

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Full-Time Sales Executive to drive growth for our KYC and identity verification API business. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, consulting them on our verification solutions, and converting them into long-term partners. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience in fintech, compliance tech, SaaS, or API-based products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present our suite of KYC APIs, including Aadhaar/PAN verification, ID OCR, AML checks, bank account verification, digital onboarding flows, and other identity validation solutions.
  • Source, qualify, and pursue leads through email, LinkedIn, referrals, outbound outreach, and industry networking.
  • Own the complete sales cycle demos, proposals, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain an organized and structured sales pipeline with CRM tools, ensuring constant movement of prospects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company growth goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across fintech's, NBFCs, insurance companies, digital-first startups, payment companies, and enterprise clients.
  • Share market insights, competition feedback, and client requirements with the product and tech teams to help refine offerings.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years min of B2B sales experience in fintech, API products, reg-tech, SaaS, digital onboarding, or compliance solutions.
  • Prior experience selling technology APIs or KYC/AML solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital onboarding flows, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to run demos, manage pipelines, negotiate confidently, and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to CXOs, compliance heads, and technical leaders.
  • Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Must be based in Mumbai or willing to travel locally for client meetings.
