Position: Sales Lead

Location: Delhi (Remote)

Working Days: 5.5 Days (Hybrid)

Experience Required: 4-7 Years

About the Role

This role demands a strategic leader who can blend business acumen with execution excellence — driving revenue growth, accountability to performance, winning client relations and steering the sales function towards aggressive growth targets.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 4-7 years of proven success in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, food industry
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong experience in setting up sales processes, pipeline reviews, and sales forecasting.Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders and build long-term strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Team Leadership

  • Lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build a high-performance culture with clear goals, ownership, and accountability.

2. Sales Process & Pipeline Management

  • Set up structured processes for lead generation, CRM usage, pipeline creation and forecasting.
  • Monitor pipeline health, conduct monthly reviews, and drive corrective actions to improve conversions.

3. Direction & Performance Review

  • Define sales strategy aligned with business goals and provide direction through structured weekly/monthly reviews.
  • Predict sales closures accurately based on deal movement, client readiness and market intelligence.

4. Build Sales Enablers

  • Design client personas, sales talk tracks, objection-handling scripts and product FAQs.
  • Train and coach the sales team on client need analysis, demo delivery and solution-based selling.

5. Market Development & Client Engagement

  • Develop territory-wise sales beat plans and travel for client meetings, demos and relationship building.
  • Build strong CXO-level relationships with key accounts and represent LabelBlind® at industry forums.
