Job Title: Sales Lead

Job Overview:

Sales Lead to drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across domestic and international markets. The candidate will manage high-value accounts, mentor the sales team, and ensure alignment between sales strategies and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture high-value or complex client accounts.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies including cold calls, emails, and event networking.
  • Coordination with proposal engineers for inputs and clarification required.
  • Coordinate with existing internal team for timely response and delivery to the customer
  • Oversee client meetings and proposal submissions.
  • Track and improve client retention and satisfaction metrics.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely delivery of sales inquiries and quotations.
  • Achievements of assigned quarterly budgets

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Outreach efforts (calls, emails, events)
  • Number of client meetings conducted
  • Timely Proposals submitted
  • Client retention rate after one year
  • Client feedback scores
  • New clients acquisition (domestic & international)
  • Sales pipeline value by quarte
  • Timely realization of Sales orders
  • Budget achievement
  • Manage and Lead team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, with degree in MBA (Optional)
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2+ years in Heat Exchangers business
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
