About the Role

high-impact, execution-driven role

building the sales pipeline from scratch

You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team to shape the GTM strategy, define target accounts, and convert leads into long-term clients.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Pipeline Creation

  • Identify, research, and engage target accounts across

    Biotech, Energy/Utilities, and Financial Services

    .
  • Generate leads through

    outbound outreach, networking, LinkedIn, partnerships, and events

    .
  • Create and execute a

    targeted outreach strategy

    with personalized messaging and follow-ups.

Client Engagement & Sales Execution

  • Conduct

    discovery calls

    to understand client challenges and position Datalachemy.ai’s services effectively.
  • Deliver

    high-impact presentations and demos

    that simplify complex AI concepts for business leaders.
  • Build customized proposals and work with delivery teams to design proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Own the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    — from lead generation to negotiation and closure.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, case studies, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Provide regular feedback to improve

    service offerings and market positioning

    .
  • Track pipeline metrics and revenue forecasts in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).


Requirements

  • 3–10 years of experience in

    B2B sales or business development

    , preferably in

    AI, data analytics, or technology consulting

    .
  • Proven success in

    prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals

    with enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Strong understanding of

    AI/ML, data analytics, or automation services

    .
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills

    — must be able to design and deliver engaging decks for executive audiences.
  • Self-starter with a

    hunter mindset

    — comfortable working independently, driving outreach, and building relationships from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience selling

    consulting or custom-built AI solutions
