Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer to drive the design of intuitive, elegant interfaces for our AI-powered platforms and client solutions. You will collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate complex requirements into seamless, visually engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for AI-driven applications and real-time dashboards.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure user-centric solutions and effective workflows.
• Define and enforce design standards, style guides, and brand consistency across products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related discipline.
• 5+ years experience designing digital interfaces for complex platforms (AI, SaaS, data-driven applications).
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end UI/UX processes for multi-product or enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping for cross-platform responsive designs.
• Proven portfolio of successfully launched user-facing products.
• Expertise in accessibility standards, user research methodologies, and usability analytics tools.
