Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engagement / Program Lead to oversee and deliver complex AI consulting and implementation projects for global clients. This role requires a dynamic, hands-on leader who can manage distributed teams, drive execution across multiple time zones, and ensure successful client outcomes through clear communication and deep technical understanding of agentic AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple AI consulting and implementation engagements from scoping to delivery.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary program interface.
• Coordinate distributed teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and analysts across global time zones.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Oversee design and deployment of agentic AI solutions tailored to client use cases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project obstacles with a hands-on attitude.
• Drive internal alignment between engineering, operations, and business functions.
• Prepare engagement reports, documentation, and client presentations.
• Continuously refine processes for delivery efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program or engagement management in AI, data, or technology consulting.
• Proven success managing distributed cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated understanding of agentic AI, LLM-based workflows, and applied machine learning systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data-driven results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level interactions.
• High adaptability, ownership, and willingness to get hands-on with technical and operational details.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (MBA a plus).
