UI/UX Designer

Role Overview: As a skilled and creative UX/UI designer, your main responsibility will be to design the user experience and user interface of products from concept to final implementation. You will utilize your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design to create engaging and intuitive user experiences that meet user needs and expectations. Collaboration with other design and development team members is essential to ensure user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and easy-to-navigate products. Key Responsibilities: - Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback - Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups - Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces - Design UI elements like input controls, navigational components, and informational components - Generate original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, including responsiveness issues - Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and management teams - Integrate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience Qualifications Required: - Degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related field - Prior experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of related projects - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) - Proficiency in prototyping tools like Sketch, InVision, etc. - Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus - Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions - Strong team player with effective collaboration skills across different stakeholders,
