Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Hiring

•End-to-end responsibility for hiring, onboarding, and developing a high-performing sales team.

•Set clear KRAs, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure consistent performance management.

•Create a motivating and target-driven sales culture focused on accountability and results.

2. Sales & Target Achievement

•Drive the team to achieve monthly and quarterly demat account opening targets.

•Strategize and execute plans to grow PMS (Portfolio Management Services) business across the region.

•Promote and achieve sales numbers for advance brokerage plans, curated baskets, and margin collection.

3. Business Growth & Strategy

•Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure sustainable growth.

•Identify market opportunities, competitive insights, and customer trends to refine offerings.

•Collaborate with senior management to set forecasts, sales goals, and business priorities.

4. Process & Performance Management

•Monitor daily productivity, conversion ratios, and pipeline health across the team.

•Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation standards.

•Use data-driven insights to improve efficiency and enhance customer acquisition strategies.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

•Work closely with product, marketing, and operations to support new initiatives and product enhancements.

•Partner with training teams to ensure sales members are updated on products, processes, and pitches.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate/MBA with 5–12+ years of experience in financial services sales.

• Currently should me managing team of atleast 10-20 people.

• Strong understanding of broking, demat products, PMS, margin funding, and related investment offerings.

• Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving ambitious targets.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
