Job Description

The Regional Sales Head will oversee and guide Team Leaders and their respective teams within the Retail Sales (Equity Sales) division. This role involves driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring the efficient execution of strategies. A key focus will be on inspiring and enabling Team Leaders and their teams to achieve and exceed their sales and brokerage targets while fostering a culture of excellence and Collaboration Roles and Responsibilities  Manage and mentor Team Leaders and their sales teams, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives and revenue targets.  Conduct regular reviews with Team Leaders to monitor performance, address challenges, and implement solutions for improvement.  Develop and execute training programs to enhance the capabilities of Team Leaders and their teams, ensuring consistent performance and growth.  Create and implement regional strategies for revenue growth, ensuring penetration into new markets and maintaining a competitive edge.  Build and maintain relationships with key clients, supporting Team Leaders in achieving repeat and referral business.  Ensure the effective implementation of promotional plans, campaigns, and contests to drive motivation and engagement across teams.  Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and make necessary adjustments to strategies.  Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business goals.  Provide guidance to Team Leaders on client advisory, leveraging research and market insights to support informed decision-making.  Drive brokerage and volume generation at the branch level by fostering a high-performance culture among teams Show more Show less
