Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Sales based in Ahmedabad. The Team Leader will oversee daily sales operations, manage and guide the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure targets are met. They will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, monitoring market trends, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating across departments to drive business growth.
