Sales Head (All Verticals) - Work From Anywhere Location:Remote (Work From Anywhere in India)Reporting to:Chief of Staff - Founder's Office Travel:Mandatory - National travel required to meet key clients as and when needed. Job Type:Full-time Job details - Shikshakji Group is looking for an aggressive, highly driven Sales Head to take complete ownership of revenue generation and client acquisition across all three core business verticals: HR Advisory, Zoho Applications Advisory, and Recruitment Services. This is a Work From Anywhere position requiring exceptional self-discipline, a proven sales track record, and a relentless focus on business development. We are preferring candidates ready to join immediately to capitalize on current market opportunities. Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesThe Sales Head is responsible for setting the pace for the national sales strategy and ensuring end-to-end client management from initial outreach through deal closure. Aggressive Client Outreach: Be prepared and willing to connect with 20-30 prospective and existing clients on a daily basis via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate leads and nurture the sales pipeline. End-to-End Client Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, cold calling, needs assessment, bespoke proposal creation, negotiation, and closing sales for all three service verticals. Consultative Selling: Act as a strategic advisor to clients, effectively cross-selling Shikshakji's full suite of services and presenting solution-centric approaches for HR issues, Zoho implementation, and recruitment needs. Sales Strategy & Reporting: Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to maximize revenue across India. Provide weekly detailed reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to the Chief of Staff. National Travel: Be ready and willing to travel nationally to meet key clients, negotiate high-value contracts, and close critical business deals as and when required. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Performance will be rigorously measured against achieving ambitious targets: Revenue Target Achievement (Monthly/Quarterly): Exceeding national sales targets across the three diversified service verticals. Daily Outreach Volume: Consistent performance in meeting the 20-30 daily client connection target. Cross-Selling Success Rate: Ratio of clients purchasing services from multiple verticals (HR, Zoho, Recruitment). Sales Pipeline Conversion: High efficiency in converting leads from initial contact to closed revenue. New Logo Acquisition: Number of new, high-value client acquisitions added to the Shikshakji portfolio. Candidate Profile & Selection ProcessWe seek a leader who possesses a strong "go-getter" attitude, excellent negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset. You must be comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting and thrive under high-pressure sales targets. Experience: Proven 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably within HR Consulting, IT/SaaS, or Recruitment sectors. Mindset: Must be highly result-oriented, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a proven ability to handle high-volume sales activities daily. Travel Commitment: Non-negotiable readiness to undertake extensive national travel based on business needs. Selection Process: We are preferring candidates ready to join immediately.
