About the Role

Dharmic Homez is seeking a hardcore Closing Specialist A Sales Leader who lives to convert serious buyers into confirmed bookings. Youll handle qualified leads, build trust fast, and close deals with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings for premium residential projects.
Take full ownership of the
end-to-end closing process
— from pitch to payment.
Handle high-value clients with confidence and persuasive communication.
Overcome objections and create urgency to finalize bookings.
Mentor team members to improve their closing performance.

What We’re Looking For

Proven record of high-value real estate closures (luxury or mid-premium).
Excellent negotiation, follow-up, and conversion skills.
Confident, result-driven, and target-focused personality.
Minimum 5 years experience in real estate sales (Closing Role Preferred).
Malayalam Speaking professional is recommended.
