Location- Bangalore(only who is residing in Bangalore)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales

efforts in the mobility IoT domain. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, building strong

relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding our footprint across the automotive and

mobility ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the IoT

or technology sector, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the mobility

landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to

achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the mobility IoT domain. Customer

Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify, target, and establish relationships

with key decision-makers within OEMs, fleet operators, and other stakeholders in the

mobility and automotive industries.

  • Market Expansion: Lead efforts to expand Intellicar's market presence by identifying new

business opportunities and channels for growth.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a

high-performance culture and driving sales excellence.

  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, provide accurate sales

forecasts, and report progress to senior management.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product ,marketing, and

customer success teams to ensure alignment in achieving company objectives.

Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with key

clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Client Retention and Upselling: Develop and implement strategies to maintain high

customer retention rates and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    7+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on the IoT, technology,

or mobility sectors.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and

driving revenue growth.

  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and managing a sales team with a track record

of fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the mobility and automotive ecosystems,

including key trends, technologies, and market dynamics.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability

to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make

data-driven decisions.

  • Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Odoo ,and familiarity

with sales analytics tools.

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Network: Established network within the mobility or automotiveindustries. Technical

Acumen: Familiarity with IoT technologies, telematics, and datasolutions. Educational

Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing,Engineering, or a related field;

MBA is a plus.
