We are now looking for a Head of Sales Operations to drive excellence in our sales processes, performance, and customer acquisition strategy.

Role Overview

The Head of Sales Operations will oversee and optimize RoyalLinks’ end-to-end sales operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can design scalable sales processes, enable high-performing teams, ensure accurate forecasting, and strengthen customer relationships — ultimately driving revenue growth in the premium construction sector.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Planning

  • Define sales operations roadmap aligned with RoyalLinks’ business goals.
  • Develop market expansion strategies and sales targets for residential and commercial projects.
  • Forecast demand, pipeline growth, and customer conversion for Bangalore and regional markets.

Performance & Analytics

  • Create and manage sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership review.
  • Track lead flow, conversion rates, and sales team productivity.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve lead quality and client acquisition.

Process Excellence

  • Standardize sales processes, documentation, and client engagement practices.
  • Streamline CRM usage (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot) for pipeline accuracy and follow-up.
  • Work closely with marketing and project teams to align campaigns with sales execution.

Team Leadership & Enablement

  • Mentor and guide the sales team to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Set up training programs for sales executives on product knowledge, negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Design incentive structures and performance improvement programs.

Revenue Growth & Client Success

  • Support sales leaders with territory planning and client segmentation.
  • Drive collaboration with marketing to enhance lead generation campaigns.
  • Ensure high-quality client experience during the pre-construction and project onboarding phases.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales / Sales Operations, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Proven track record in scaling sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Kannada/Hindi preferred for local client interactions).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
