We specialize in innovative, sustainable, and client-centric architectural solutions. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects. Work with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic designs. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, and presentations using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop. Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design adherence and quality control. Stay updated with local building codes, regulations, and industry trends. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. 1–3 years of relevant work experience (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite. Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and in teams.
