We are seeking a Quadient Developer to join our team, responsible for the design, development, analysis, modification, and debugging of CSG product applications , with a primary focus on Quadient (GMC Inspire) solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, perform bug verification and release testing, and occasionally collaborate directly with end-users to gather requirements and document technical specifications. This role is ideal for a hands-on, proactive developer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, modify, analyze, and debug applications, including Quadient solutions, .NET applications, and SQL databases. Perform bug verification, release testing, and beta support activities to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide QA support for new feature development and ongoing product enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and issue resolution. Maintain professional communication and working relationships aligned with CSG’s core values and competencies. Support documentation efforts by contributing to technical specifications and user documentation as needed. Participate in regular team meetings and project reviews to ensure project alignment and progress. Support a 24x7 on-call rotation as necessary. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience developing with Quadient (GMC Inspire). Experience with C++, C#, SQL, and .NET technologies is a strong plus. Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
