Architect

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to lead and manage projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should possess a strong design sense, technical proficiency, and the ability to oversee all project stages — ensuring quality, functionality, and compliance with design and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare construction documents, specifications, and presentation materials.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, local regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Collaborate with consultants, clients, and contractors to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and interns within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• Minimum 2- 4 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Strong conceptualization, visualization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
