They must be proficient in architectural software and possess excellent communication and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and design architectural plans, layouts, and concepts. Create detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D models using CAD software. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure alignment with design plans. Research and incorporate sustainable and innovative architectural solutions. Present and pitch designs to clients and stakeholders. Add on- Interior knowledge Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. Excellent creativity, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
