Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a variety of exciting projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

As an Architect, you will be involved in all stages of the design process, from concept development through to construction, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Contribute to concept and detailed design development.
• Assist in planning applications, building regulations, and technical detailing.
• Collaborate with team members and consultants to ensure design quality and project deadlines.
• Attend client meetings and site visits when required.
• Ensure all work complies with current building regulations and standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (ARB/RIBA Part 2 or above preferred).
• Strong design and technical drawing skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in residential and commercial sectors.
• Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices.
• Ability to manage small projects from concept to completion.
