Plant Manager Job Description

C*ollagen is looking for a driven Plant Manager* to lead our Collagen Marine, Fish Meal, and Fish Oil production facility in Kozhikode. You'll oversee all daily operations, ensuring top performance in production, quality, and safety for our specialized marine products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all plant operations, focusing on production, maintenance, and quality for marine raw materials and finished products (collagen, fish meal, fish oil).
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize output and reduce waste.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations specific to marine products.
• Champion and enforce a strong safety culture across the facility.
• Manage plant budget, optimize resource utilization, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the plant team, fostering a high-performance environment.
• Ensure all operations comply with relevant environmental regulations and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,600.32 - ₹48,203.46 per month
