HR MANAGER

You will be responsible for the following roles and responsibilities: - Managing HR operations with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies - Developing and implementing HR strategies to support the organization's growth and objectives - Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters - Collaborating with management to drive a positive work culture and employee engagement Qualifications required for this role: - Preferred Master's degree in Human Resources or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Manager, with a total of 2 years of work experience Please note that the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, health insurance, internet reimbursement, and Provident Fund.
