You will be responsible for: - HR & General Affairs operations - Employee Management - Company regulations & document creation & Management - Organizational culture/ Japanese management adjustment Your skills should include: - Fluent in English & Hindi - Tax knowledge & experience (GST, customs, etc.) - Legal knowledge & experience (labor law, safety regulations, various licenses, etc.) - Able to read changes in the environment (regulatory trends, market trends, etc.) - Able to adapt to Japanese company methods (experience working for a foreign company) - Proficiency in MS Office & management software - Excellent leadership, organizational skills & problem-solving skills.
