Role & responsibilities

The Sales Head Parking Equipment will be responsible for driving sales, business growth, and strategic partnerships for the companys range of automated and mechanical parking solutions. This role requires a strong technical-sales background, proven leadership, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in real estate, infrastructure, and commercial segments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A senior sales professional with

    solid industry contacts in real estate, infrastructure, and government projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for

    automated & mechanical parking systems

  • Identify and target new business opportunities across

    builders, developers, architects, consultants, and government bodies

  • Build strong client relationships and act as the primary contact for key accounts.
  • Lead

    commercial negotiations, proposals, and tender processes

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
  • Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and collection targets.
  • Ensure

    timely invoicing and payment collection
