  • The role involves driving enterprise business, managing key accounts, building

    #CXO

    relationships, and owning P&L for the staffing vertical.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for IT staffing services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, increasing revenue growth through effective account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, resulting in successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10-18 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the recruitment/staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new clients through innovative approaches (e.g., C2C, C2H).
  • Strong understanding of contract staffing, contract-to-hire models, staff augmentation services offered by an organization like ours.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels; strong negotiation skills required.
