Role: Sales Head

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
• Identify and acquire new clients, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends.
• Handle pricing, negotiation, and finalization of client deals.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare regular MIS reports, and forecast future sales.
• Ensure smooth coordination with operations and customer service teams for client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the Travel, Forex, or Tourism sector.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
