We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tour Package Executive to join our operations team. Job Summary: The Tour Package Executive will be responsible for designing, customizing, and managing domestic and international travel packages. The role requires strong vendor coordination, client interaction, itinerary planning, and operational support to ensure a smooth travel experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Create and customize domestic and international tour packages based on client preferences. Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and suggest suitable packages. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, activity organizers, and DMCs for bookings. Prepare detailed itineraries and pricing proposals. Handle end-to-end bookings including flights, hotels, transport, and activities. Maintain accurate records of customer information and bookings. Provide support before, during, and after the trip for smooth execution. Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and pricing changes. Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in creating promotional content for tour packages when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in tour operations or package handling. Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office and travel software tools. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
