Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Tour Package Executive to manage client enquiries, prepare customized travel packages, handle bookings, and ensure smooth travel experiences from start to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand their travel needs and suggest suitable domestic/international tour packages.
• Prepare tour itineraries, quotations, and complete package costings.
• Handle bookings for hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing, visas (if required), and travel insurance.
• Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships to secure competitive rates.
• Address customer queries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams for seamless booking execution.
• Provide customers with vouchers, invoices, confirmations, and other travel documents.
• Ensure proper follow-up, maintain records, and close leads efficiently.
• Offer pre-tour and post-tour support to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Work on creating customized packages based on customer preferences and budgets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years in the travel & tourism industry (freshers with strong enthusiasm may also apply).
• Strong understanding of domestic & international tourist destinations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic travel reservation systems.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
