Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tour Package Executive to handle tour planning, customer coordination, package creation, and booking operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of domestic and international destinations, and the ability to handle end-to-end tour operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and customize domestic & international tour packages based on client requirements.
• Handle itinerary preparation, costing, quotations, and package presentations.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, guides, and other travel partners.
• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, cabs, sightseeing, and travel insurance.
• Communicate with customers to understand requirements and suggest the best travel options.
• Address customer queries and provide prompt support before, during & after travel.
• Maintain records of bookings, invoices, customer details, and vendor agreements.
• Stay updated on new destinations, travel trends, visa rules, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer service to achieve high satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tour operations or travel agency backend.
• Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic travel software/portals.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
