Role & responsibilities The Sales Head Parking Equipment will be responsible for driving sales, business growth, and strategic partnerships for the companys range of automated and mechanical parking solutions. This role requires a strong technical-sales background, proven leadership, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in real estate, infrastructure, and commercial segments. Ideal Candidate Profile A senior sales professional with solid industry contacts in real estate, infrastructure, and government projects . Hands-on experience in high-value B2B/solution sales . Strong commercial acumen and ability to close large contracts. Leadership skills to mentor, grow, and manage a sales team . Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of parking systems/automation/infra products . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage large accounts and complex sales cycles. Leadership and team management experience. Market-driven, result-oriented, and proactive in approach Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for automated & mechanical parking systems . Identify and target new business opportunities across builders, developers, architects, consultants, and government bodies . Build strong client relationships and act as the primary contact for key accounts. Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, and tender processes . Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to deliver customized solutions. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments. Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and collection targets. Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection as per company policy. Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
