Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our automobile sales operations. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, developing business strategies, and achieving overall sales targets in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across branches/outlets.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with marketing and after-sales teams to maximize brand impact.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities for informed decision-making.
• Implement effective pricing and promotional strategies to increase market share.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the automobile sector, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of automobile products, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making.
