Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager – Automobile Sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive showroom traffic and conversions.
• Supervise daily operations of the sales department, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle high-value client negotiations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and KPIs to senior management.
• Oversee documentation, loan processing, and vehicle delivery with proper compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automobile industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of automobile financing and insurance processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and dealership CRM software.
