Job Title: Financier – Automobile Division

Location: Udaipur

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in Automobile financing/banking/NBFC sector

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced automobile financier to manage and facilitate vehicle loan processes, maintain relationships with banks/NBFCs, and ensure smooth financing solutions for customers. The candidate should have deep knowledge of automobile finance policies, loan documentation, and credit evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end vehicle financing process for customers (car).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
• Guide customers regarding loan options, interest rates, EMI structures, and eligibility.
• Manage documentation, KYC, credit checks, and disbursement procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and finance norms.
• Achieve monthly finance penetration and target conversions.
• Negotiate with financial institutions for competitive loan schemes and approvals.
• Assist sales team in converting prospects into buyers by offering tailored finance solutions.
• Handle customer queries, resolve loan approval issues, and ensure quick turnaround time.
• Monitor collections and support the recovery of overdue accounts if required.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of automobile financing products & market trends.
• Good understanding of credit policies, loan documentation, and approval procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and finance-related software.
• Strong network with banks and NBFCs in automobile finance.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the automobile finance/banking/NBFC sector.
• Proven track record of achieving finance penetration targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,419.72 - ₹16,000.00 per month
