Job Title: Finance Assistant

Location: WFO-Mohali

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant with strong experience in Tally and a solid understanding of accounting processes. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), while ensuring accurate financial recordkeeping. This role requires the ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and adapt to a night-shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations using Tally
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Prepare and update accounting reports as required
• Assist in reconciliations, invoice management, and payment tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for accounting-related queries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Utilize QuickBooks for basic tasks (if experienced; preferred but not mandatory)

Key Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Tally
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles using Tally
• Good communication skills
• Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
• Exposure to QuickBooks (preferred; added advantage)
• Comfortable working with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Willing to work during night shift
• Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, or a related field (preferred).
