Job Description

We are a fast-growing IT solutions provider specializing in ERP, software development, and digital transformation services. We believe in rewarding performance, nurturing talent, and offering growth opportunities to passionate leaders.

We are looking for a highly passionate and results-driven Sales Head with strong experience in ERP sales to lead our sales division. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and capable of driving high-value enterprise deals while managing and mentoring the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for ERP products and IT solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for improvement.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in ERP and IT solutions market.
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management and forecasting.

Client Management & Solution Consulting

  • Understand client business needs and propose suitable ERP solutions.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through consistent follow-ups and support.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the pre-sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to the product development team.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate sales reports, performance dashboards, and CRM updates.
  • Monitor competition and market trends to refine strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in ERP sales within IT/Software industry.
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules, implementation models, and enterprise workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage high-value deals and long sales cycles.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
