Role Overview We are looking for a Head of Sales who can build and lead Credorbit’s sales function from the ground up. This role demands ownership, strategic thinking and deep understanding of the digital lending ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive partnerships across DSAs, Chartered Accountants, and Banks/NBFCs, while establishing scalable processes and a strong revenue pipeline. Key Responsibilities • Build, lead and mentor the sales team. • Develop structured sales funnels for DSA onboarding, CA partnerships and NBFC/bank integrations. • Identify, select and implement a robust CRM system for sales workflows. • Drive predictable monthly revenue through consistent execution. • Define segment wise GTM strategy and outreach plans. • Build dashboards, processes and reporting structures. • Manage key partnerships and represent Credorbit in the lending ecosystem.
