Role & responsibilities

  • Portfolio Growth:

    Manage a dedicated unit of Financial Advisors and help them expand their client base.
  • Lead Generation Support:

    Provide innovative strategies and digital tools to your team to help them find high-net-worth (HNI) clients.
  • Daily Performance Coaching:

    Lead morning meetings to align the teams daily goals with the companys long-term vision.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management:

    Ensure high-quality service standards for all policyholders through your team of advisors.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    Graduation is mandatory (Any stream).
  • Experience:

    14 years of experience in Sales (Experience in Insurance, BFSI, or Pharma is an added advantage).
  • Age:

    21 to 38 years.
  • Skills:

    Strong networking skills, team leadership, and excellent communication.
  • Location:

    Must have a strong local network in the hiring city for at least 2–3 years.
