The Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in launching and promoting a new, high-impact recruitment technology product in the Indian market. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team to drive adoption of our latest data and analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities and potential clients in the recruitment and HR space
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to generate and nurture leads for the new product.
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of Eighteen Eight’s solution.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and inform sales tactics.
  • Represent Eighteen Eight Data Solutions with professionalism and integrity, building strong relationships with prospective clients.


About You

  • Proven experience in a sales development, business development, or inside sales role, ideally within B2B technology, or SaaS,.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying sales opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment or HR industries is beneficial
  • Based in India, with a strong understanding of the local business landscape and client needs.
