About The Opportunity

A fast-growing player in the Propkarmaa & real-estate services sector, we deliver technology-enabled property discovery, rentals, and transaction support across India. We combine on-ground sales expertise with digital tools to connect customers to the right properties and services quickly.We are hiring an on-site Sales Executive to join propkarmaa's field sales team to drive customer acquisition, close transactions, and expand market presence within assigned territories.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify high-intent leads through walk-ins, cold outreach, referrals, and local partnerships to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct on-site property visits and client meetings, present offerings clearly, and demonstrate value to convert prospects into customers.
  • Drive end-to-end deal closure—negotiate terms, prepare offers, and coordinate documentation with internal teams to meet targets.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of activities, leads, and deals in the CRM; update pipeline stages and forecast sales weekly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to execute local campaigns, coordinate viewings, and ensure a superior customer experience post-sale.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 1–4 years of on-site field sales experience, preferably in real estate sales, or local services with measurable quota attainment.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing B2C transactions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel within assigned territory and owning end-to-end sales processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic digital sales workflows.
  • Valid driving licence and smartphone-enabled for field operations.

Preferred

  • Experience in property rentals/sales or local market networks and a demonstrable local contact base.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline and multilingual ability for local markets.
