Job Title: Business Development Executive– Logistics

Dynamic Logistics is a logistics and supply chain services company based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. It offers end‐to‐end solutions in freight forwarding (air & sea), transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, palletization, fumigation, project cargo, door-to-door services, etc.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive / Manager at Dynamic Logistics, you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new clients, developing relationships, and expanding business in the logistics domain. You will work closely with operations, marketing, and client servicing teams to ensure growth and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads / business opportunities in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, and related services.
Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with clients (importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, retailers).
Pitch and present Kapalin Logicare’s services to prospective clients; prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals while maintaining margins.
Collaborate with operations and execution teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine the sales strategy.
Achieve quarterly / yearly sales targets.
Prepare regular reports: sales pipeline, forecasting, client status updates, performance metrics.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, networking, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns (digital, offline) and follow up.
Qualifications & Skills
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
0–2+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development in the logistics / freight / supply chain / warehousing industry.
Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.
Skills / Competencies
Strong communication (verbal & written), negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand logistics operations (air, sea, customs, warehousing) and translate into value propositions.
Customer‐centric mindset, ability to build trust and long‐term relationships.
Analytical, with ability to prepare forecasts, reports, and insights.
Self‐motivated, goal-driven, proactive with initiative.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM / sales tools.

Reports to: Head of Sales / Director / Partner
Works closely with: Operations, Client Servicing, Marketing, Finance
