Role Description The Bid Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bidding process, ensuring the preparation, submission, and successful execution of competitive proposals to secure new projects and contracts. This role requires close collaboration with sales, technical, and management teams to deliver high-quality bids in line with company standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare, manage, and submit bids/proposals within stipulated timelines. Coordinate with internal teams for technical, financial, and commercial inputs. Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies. Search and identify relevant tenders/projects on GeM, e-Procurement portals, and other online platforms. Manage bid documentation, formatting, and final submission. Lead clarification, negotiation, and follow-up processes with clients or consultants. Track tender opportunities and maintain a bid pipeline. Develop strategies to maximize winning potential and meet company growth objectives. Qualifications & Skills Strong experience in bid preparation, bid management, and proposal writing. Familiarity with government portals (GeM, eProcurement, etc.) and online bidding platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities. Attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure. Knowledge of the Audio-Visual, Public Address, or Communication Systems industry will be an added advantage.
