Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Medical Officer to provide high-quality medical care to patients at our Government Clinic – Aapla Davakhana. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a patient-centric approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment and Diagnosis
• Conduct patient evaluations, take detailed medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order appropriate diagnostic tests.
• Accurately diagnose a wide range of medical conditions.
• Treatment and Management
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and administer injections when necessary.
• Provide advice on lifestyle modifications, preventive care, and disease management.
• Patient Education
• Counsel patients and families on treatment options, disease management, and healthy living practices.
• Medical Record Keeping
• Maintain precise, confidential, and up-to-date patient records, including histories, diagnoses, treatments, and test results.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Team
• Coordinate with nurses, clinical assistants, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Compliance and Ethics
• Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, patient confidentiality protocols, and medical ethics.
• Vaccination Program Oversight
• Supervise and monitor vaccination initiatives to ensure safe and effective administration.
• Counselling and Mental Health Support
• Provide basic counselling and mental health management as part of holistic patient care.

Qualifications

• MBBS with provisional or permanent registration.
• Maharashtra Medical Council registration is mandatory.
• For foreign medical graduates, MCI certification is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
