Role Overview:

We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to ensure strict adherence to all regulatory, legal, and internal compliance standards. This role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating compliance activities, supporting audits, and promoting awareness within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to local, state, and national regulations.
• Manage filings and legal submissions as per statutory requirements.

2. Documentation Management:

• Maintain accurate compliance-related records.
• Organize and update policies, SOPs, and legal documentation.

3. Audit Support:

• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Provide required documentation and data during inspections.

4. Training & Awareness:

• Conduct compliance training sessions for employees.
• Keep teams updated on regulatory changes.

5. Risk Management:

• Identify areas of potential compliance risks.
• Propose corrective and preventive measures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in compliance or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
