Sales Director

As a Sales Director for our real estate sales division, you will play a crucial role in shaping the sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic sales plans, mentoring and managing a team of sales managers and executives, identifying new market opportunities, overseeing the entire sales cycle, monitoring market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking sales performance metrics, driving process improvement initiatives, and representing the company at industry events. To be eligible for this position, you must have 5-7 years of dedicated experience exclusively in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, in-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, strong leadership and strategic planning skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate, experience managing large sales teams and multi-location operations, and a real estate license/certification if applicable.
