Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins, site visits, digital campaigns)
• Conduct client meetings and property presentations
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable property options
• Assist clients in completing the sales process from enquiry to closure
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and property data
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitors
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial)
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales process
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and proactive
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or related field
• Local real estate knowledge and client network
• Real estate certification/license (if applicable)
