Key Responsibilities1️⃣ US Enterprise Account Targeting & Research
- Identify and build
high-quality target account lists
(mid-enterprise & large enterprises in the US East Coast) - Research:
- Company structure
- Industry context
- Key stakeholders (CXOs, VPs, Directors)
- Automation / AI maturity
- Create
account intelligence briefs
before meetings
2️⃣ Sales Development & Outreach (Inbound + Outbound)
- Design and execute
personalized outbound campaigns
: - LinkedIn
- Email
- Warm introductions
- Respond to inbound leads and
qualify them effectively
Craft context-driven messaging
focused on:- Business problems
- Outcomes
- ROI (not product features)
3️⃣ Discovery Qualification & Funnel Ownership
- Conduct
first-level discovery calls
with prospects - Qualify opportunities using:
- Business problem
- Stakeholder relevance
- Budget signals
- Timeline & urgency
- Ensure only
high-intent opportunities
move to founder-led sales calls
4️⃣ Revenue Operations & CRM Discipline
- Own and maintain CRM hygiene:
- Lead status
- Opportunity stages
- Notes & follow-ups
- Track:
- Outreach effectiveness
- Conversion ratios
- Pipeline health
- Provide
weekly pipeline & insights reports
to leadership
5️⃣ Sales Enablement & Founder Support
- Prepare
deal briefs
before sales calls - Assist with:
- Proposal coordination
- Follow-ups
- Sales material alignment
- Act as a
force multiplier
for founder-led enterprise sales
Who Should Apply (Critical)Must-Have Experience
6–10 years
in B2B sales development / revenue operations- Experience selling:
- IT services
- Automation
- SaaS-adjacent or enterprise technology solutions
- Prior exposure to
US or global enterprise clients
Comfortable working in US time zones (partial overlap)
Required Skills

written and verbal communication
Ability to talk business outcomes
