Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads through outbound and inbound activities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to start or grow their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and other sales strategies
  • Research target accounts and understand key decision-makers, industry trends, and pain points
  • Schedule meetings or product demos between qualified leads and Account Executives
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and appointments
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Confidence in cold calling, handling objections, and starting conversations
