About the team As part of the CEO’s office, you’d get to experience our growth journey from a strategic perspective and gain broad experience at a high-growth start-up. This role is for a smart generalist who can think at a strategic level, but also solve problems on the ground and execute. It provides great learning for someone starting their startup/B2B SaaS journey by putting you in the cockpit of one of the fastest-growing organizations in this space, and providing exposure to various functions, including sales, marketing, customer success, product development, etc. Responsibilities: Work with the CEO and Chief of Staff to align business learnings to related initiatives Program manage early-stage (zero to one) cross-functional projects and drive them to closure Manage digital transformation projects that are critical for improving operational efficiency within the organization Help in driving business operations rhythm and outcomes within the organization, including business reviews and quarterly and annual planning Help with market/competitor research and other external facing strategic projects Drive other ad hoc initiatives across the organization depending on the need of the hour Requirements: 2-5 years in Program Management and/or Generalist roles in tech companies SaaS experience preferred but not required Aptitude - Really good with numbers and logic Amplitude - can learn and do anything from cooking to coding Attitude - You are result-driven and you put a price on your time Ability to do market research and help with decision-making Why Join Us!
