UI Engineer

As an UI Engineer at MoEngage, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best talent in the country and take ownership of features in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for finding innovative ways to increase efficiency and application performance, implementing visual designs, and building efficient front-end systems. Additionally, you will work on developing responsive designs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and integrating markup across projects. Your role will also involve researching new UI technologies, suggesting improvements to existing product interfaces, and collaborating with the product management team to define feature specifications. **Role Overview:** As an UI Engineer at MoEngage, you will be responsible for complete ownership of features, implementing visual designs, and building efficient front-end systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Find innovative ways to increase efficiency and application performance - Implement Visual Designs in standards compliant - Build efficient and reusable front-end systems and abstractions - Develop responsive designs and thoroughly test cross-browser compatibility - Work with developers to integrate markup across projects - Identify and research new UI technologies & corporate in the tech stack - Suggest and implement improvements to existing product interfaces - Ensure that all the assigned systems are performing to scale - Work closely with the product management team to define and refine feature specifications **Qualifications Required:** - 1+ years of product development experience with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance web applications - Strong hands-on experience in developing web applications using JavaScript - Strong experience and knowledge in single-page frameworks using ReactJS - Deep expertise in Javascript, HTML5, and CSS3 - Exceptional debugging skills and knowledge of browser developer tools - Familiar with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services - Familiar with optimization techniques, debugging techniques, dynamic content retrieval, state management, and cross-browser support - Experience in optimizing applications for performance and scalability - Deep experience developing modular, object-oriented JavaScript - Strong command of the HTTP protocol and the latest web standards If you are passionate about working in a challenging environment, enjoy taking ownership, and want to be part of a dynamic team, this opportunity at MoEngage may be the right fit for you.,
